Cloudraker contacted me to create a digital campaign with them for Kijiji.
This is an exciting brand and i was a fan of everything they did for this client in the past so i was very very much looking forward to it. The target audience was millenials (just like every campaign in the last few years) and the coolest thing about the brief is that everyone knows Kijiji so you don’t have to explain to anyone what it is.
THE INSIGHT
We figured people don’t really like prerolls, it prevents them from seeing the content they like, so we decided to create a campaign that was content based.
THE IDEA
Create a series of YouTube videos/prerolls where influencers prank each other with, you probably guessed it already, objects that were bought off Kijiji.
EXECUTIONS
The campaign execution’s were 15 seconds Prerolls and YouTube videos, videos on Kijiji Central, companion banners that link to a specific object that is starring in the video, 6 seconds snapchat videos, a Kijiji Giphy page and also facebook images and video posts.
